Red Snapper are arguably the most coveted variety of reef fish that you can catch on one of our fishing charters. Maybe it’s because they are the hardest fighting Snapper in the Gulf of Mexico or maybe because of their delicious white, flaky taste. We think it’s because they’re just so much fun to catch! We carry Federal Permits that allow us to legally fish for Red Snapper typically from the beginning of June through the end of July. We are currently running our Red Snapper charters with an emphasis on getting our limit of Red Snapper first and then continuing on to target other in-season fish like Red Grouper, Gag Grouper, Amberjack & Black Fin Tuna.
